Watch out for this practice, they are a tremendous RIP OFF.I strongly recommend avoiding Darwin Dental care. I scheduled an appointment expecting a routine cleaning and an estimate for any additional work that might be needed. Instead, they spent approximately an hour performing scans and evaluations, then bumped me for the cleaning I had scheduled. Afterward, I was presented with a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars for work. Even more frustrating, despite approximately ten follow-up calls, I was unable to obtain copies of the scans that my insurance paid for and that I requested for my own records and other quotes. Based on my experience, this practice should not be trusted. My last call was with Sarah, she refused to be helpful and only repeated over and over nothing was in the computer.

I recently moved here from Miami and the experience I had at this dental office (Darwin Family Dental Care) was totally different from my last dentist office. They were so friendly and accommodating. I got my appointment date messed up and thought it was on a Monday, showed up and it was actually on Wednesday. They were nice enough to check the schedule for me and get me seen that day. I can’t remember the hygienist that saw me but she was very nice, friendly, and answered all my questions. The Dr that saw me was also very nice, asked if I had any questions when she was done talking to me and stuck around to hear my 1 question and did not brush me off. I appreciate bedside manner, no matter the type of dr. 10/10 would recommend this office. Oh and the front desk girls were friendly/nice too!

Beware. Total rip off. I should have read the reviews before trying this dental office. First time I visited this office. Went in for my normal cleaning. After 3 different x-rays and other diagnostic pictures I was told I needed additional work. They told me my out of pocket expense after insurance and I agreed. Paid that day and went to work. 2 weeks later I get a bill from their office for outstanding balance. Turns out none of the work they claimed I needed was covered by my insurance and they wanted more money. Called to see if they would make it right since they made the mistake about insurance. No help. Just wanted me to make payment now over the phone. Won't make the mistake of going there again.

Very clean and welcoming reception area Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. I liked how they let me know every step of the way what they were doing. They explained and printed out my dental plan. I liked that they emailed and texted me reminders of my appointment. I will be a returning customer & letting friends & family know of my positive experience.

Dr Rossman and her whole team are amazing! You’re greeted at the front desk with such an amazing smile, and they always greet you by name before you sign in. I’ve had four fillings, deep cleaning, and also will get some more work done there. Everything has gone so smoothly and they work with you regarding the bills and everything. I love this office.
